The OTRC Program and Business Management Office supports the strategic priorities of Citi and OTRC through its execution and monitoring of program/project management processes and business office functions.

The OTRC Communications / Business Strategy Support position, supporting the Business Office function, will be responsible for supporting and developing business objectives and strategies for the OTRC organization. The ideal candidate will work to ensure operational processes are integrated and effective across the organization. Position may be responsible for working to define and implement business strategy and goals through the collection, analysis, review, reporting, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements. Position may also be involved in the generation of regular and special reports and communications, as well as providing recommendations of changes in methodology or procedures to increase efficiency.

Core responsibilities include:

* Apply evolving knowledge of OTRC to help frame/document business strategy

* Contribute to the development of new techniques and processes in support of the organization

* Evaluate variable issues with substantial impact and use broad discretion to develop solutions for business reporting issues

* Design/analyze moderately complex reports/dashboards/presentations to satisfy management requirements.

* Create other key organizational level communications

* Coordinate events/meetings (internal and external ) - Town Halls, Leadership Meetings; Management Status Meetings; Regulatory/other external meetings

* BS/BA degree, or 5-8 years relevant experience

* Working knowledge of Citi, preferred

* Ability to conduct research/analysis, organize and interpret findings, and build presentations that facilitate senior management decision making

* Strategic/innovative thinker

* Comfortable interacting with all levels of management

* Very strong written and verbal communication skills

* Creative thinker and ability to create meaningful content from scratch

* Marketing background is preferred

* Strong skills with MS Office Suite required
